Over the years many friends and colleagues have asked us to critique, source and sell their wines. So now we make our experience in wine sourcing and selection available to wine lovers and those frustrated by the confusion of large stores with a seemingly endless array of wines only differentiated by price.

How do we find such great wine? Selected wineries provide samples of their wines, a group of sommeliers and wine makers as well as our everyday people in our group tastings try them on a continual basis before being offered to you. This way we select wine suited to a range of palates, tried and tested by everyday people not just ‘the experts’.

The wines are those that generally are not available through the chain bottle shop stores.

Small to medium vineyards have a great advantage over the larger high volume wine producers in that they:

1. Can harvest their vines when optimum conditions prevail, not as part of production schedule

2. Mature their wine according to the season's conditions i.e. may be left in wood longer, rather than bottle their wines as soon as possible,

3. Do not produce the enormous volumes demanded by large retail chain stores on demand.
